Believe it or not, we learned the art of negotiation at a very young age. How many times did you have to say, “Mom, Mom, Mom, Mom, Mom, Mom…” before she’d finally turn and watch you do something totally unspectacular? That was a negotiation; you got her to look and she got you to stop annoyingly call her name. Hopefully you've moved beyond that point. Listen in as the MTI team discuss tips for more effective approaches to negotiation.

Episode #25: Burnout and Bounce Back
Wednesday Oct 20, 2021
Wednesday Oct 20, 2021
How do we do more with less? This is a question we’ve been asked by some of the best and brightest. Our response is, ‘That’s a stupid question.” Here’s why: when production expectations exceed capacity to produce the net gain is zero. It’s a common assumption that the more hours people work, the more productive they are, therefore the more profitable the organization will be. Unfortunately, that is just not true. Listen in as the MTI team talks about burnout and how to come back from it.
