In school it was probably easy enough to look around the lunchroom and spot the cliques. Little did we realize we’d also have them in our workplace. CareerBuilder found 43% of employees say their office is populated by cliques. Although cliques are nothing more than a group of people with strong bonds who spend a lot of time together, they can become problematic when the exclusion of others creates rifts in teamwork.
